StoneTurn Group LLP and its StoneTurn UK LLP (“StoneTurn”) adheres to the Safe Harbor Agreements that have been established between the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission as well as the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner of Switzerland. These Agreements govern the standards required when dealing with personal data that is transferred from the European Union to the United States. In certain circumstances personal data obtained by StoneTurn will be subject to specific privacy requirements which are consistent with those enumerated in the Safe Harbor Agreements. For example, personal data obtained from or on behalf of clients of StoneTurn will be subject to the terms of any contractual requirements for that particular engagement as well as any applicable professional standards. Additionally, personal data obtained in contemplation of or as a result of an employee relationship with StoneTurn will be subject to the internal policies of StoneTurn.
