Brad Wilson is a certified management accountant and a Managing Director in the Boston office of StoneTurn Group with more than nine years of financial analysis and accounting experience.  Brad provides financial and accounting consulting services to companies and their counsel in connection with forensic accounting investigations and complex business litigation.  He has been involved in a variety of corporate investigations including matters involving employee and executive fraud and embezzlement, improper revenue recognition, post-acquisition purchase price disputes, reserve manipulation, and accounting for stock based compensation.

Additionally, Brad has experience with various litigation matters including breach of contract and other damage analyses; lost profit and business interruption claims; licensing and royalty disputes; business valuations; and general business litigation.  His experience in dispute consulting includes the preparation of damage analyses and expert reports, pre-trial analysis, and assisting counsel in deposition and trial testimony preparation.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Brad was responsible for financial planning and reporting for an information technology consulting company and a software developer.
