Catherine Connolly is a certified public accountant and a Managing Director in the San Francisco office and has over thirteen years of audit and forensic accounting experience. She has experience with a variety of litigation and investigations including: damages analyses, lost profit and business interruption claims, post-acquisition disputes, licensing reviews and audits, class action securities claims, financial statement restatements, general business litigation, and various special audits and investigations. These engagements included improper revenue recognition and the interpretation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, employee and executive fraud and defalcation, stock options matters, royalty disputes, partnership equity allocation, illegal use of public funds, and accounting record reconstruction issues.

Catherine also has experience working with matters involving companies in various industries including software, healthcare, high-tech, manufacturing, energy, and construction.
