Chantal Rappi, JD, a manager in the Houston office, has more than seven years of combined Big Four accounting, financial, and legal experience.  She has assisted clients with evaluating intellectual property and complex commercial litigation damages, conducting forensic accounting investigations, and settling purchase price adjustments in the semiconductor, financial services, health sciences, retail, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

Before joining the StoneTurn Group, Chantal litigated patent infringement disputes in the electrical, chemical, mechanical, and business method arts, primarily before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Chantal received her undergraduate degrees in finance and biology, both with honors, from The University of Texas at Austin.  She also received her law degree, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal.  Chantal is licensed to practice law in Texas and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

Chantal is also fluent in French and has consulted on several international matters in France, Switzerland, and Spain.  She is an active member of AIPLA, HIPLA, Houston Bar Association, and the Association of Women Attorneys.
