Justin Lewis is a certified public accountant in the San Francisco office of StoneTurn Group.  Justin has experience in intellectual property litigation, valuation support, breach of contract matters, forensic accounting investigations and securities litigation.  Justin has 8 years of experience consulting with clients in the telecommunications, semiconductor, life sciences, software, gaming and healthcare industries.  Justin has assisted companies in numerous litigation projects where he has evaluated and quantified damages for infringement issues related to patent, copyright and trademark claims and trade secret misappropriation matters.  He has experience in quantifying and assessing lost profits and reasonable royalty damages and is skilled in the application of the Georgia-Pacific factors and the concept of a hypothetical negotiation.  Additionally, he has participated and managed large investigations involving allegations of improper revenue recognition and accrual accounting, looting, round-trip transactions and many other accounting allegations.  Justin received his B.A. in Business and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
