Katherine Parker is a Senior Manager in StoneTurn’s London office. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over ten years experience ranging from working in industry for a manufacturing organisation, an audit and accounts practice, and ultimately in expert witness and litigation support. In June 2006 Katherine achieved a Commendation in the Common Professional Examination (the Post Graduate Diploma in Law).
Katherine has significant experience in managing business interruption and loss of profits claims which includes actions brought for resolution in both litigation and international arbitration. She has investigated allegations of fraud and misappropriation of funds, and was seconded to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) where she assisted in the investigation into Split Capital Investment Funds. Katherine has also assisted in investigations where actions have been brought under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Prior to joining StoneTurn UK LLP Katherine spent five and a half years with Grant Thornton’s Forensic and Investigation Services department in London where she gained experience in sectors including retail, gaming, hospitality, medical, leisure, warehousing, banking and financial services.
