Kellie became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 2000 and has specialized in forensic accounting since 2003 with boutique specialist expert witness and investigation practices both in the UK and the Middle East.

During her prior audit career, Kellie gained invaluable experience of different businesses, various industry sectors and financial accounting including systems and controls.

In her forensic accounting work, Kellie has been advising clients and their legal counsel on a wide range of complex forensic accounting matters within a variety of sectors.  She has acted as advisor, party appointed expert and jointly appointed expert on behalf of clients.  

Kellie’s experience includes actions held in the London High Court, Chancery Division and ICC Arbitration, London for the evaluation and quantification of damages for breach of warranty and contract claims, wasted costs claims and fraud and misrepresentation cases.  She has significant experience in corporate investigations.  Kellie also has considerable experience of ancillary relief proceedings. She has given evidence in the Principal Registry and been commended in the judgment.
