Melissa Blach is a Manager in the San Francisco office and assists clients and their counsel in all aspects and types of dispute matters. Melissa has dealt with a broad range of commercial disputes including those resulting from breach of contracts, employment disputes, financial statement misstatements, defalcations and intellectual property matters. She has expertise in a variety of industries including high-tech manufacturing, software, healthcare, financial services, biotechnology, construction/development and retail.

Melissa has offered clients advice and assistance in all stages of these disputes including pre-complaint fact finding and investigations, discovery assistance, preparation of expert reports, mediation and pre-trial analysis, and deposition and trial preparation. Additionally, she has participated in a wide variety of investigations including those involving the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, allegations of fund mismanagement and improper lending practices as well as allegations of quid pro quo arrangements.

Melissa received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
