Neil Zoltowski, an Accredited Valuation Analyst, has more than 12 years of experience as a consultant and testifying expert witness regarding intellectual property matters and complex business disputes. His experience includes the evaluation and quantification of economic damages in matters arising from the infringement of patents, copyrights and trademarks and from the misappropriation of trade secrets. Neil has also designed and executed licensing compliance programs and performed intellectual property valuations. Additionally, he has provided a wide range of economic and financial analyses in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, stock valuation disputes, and diminution of business value claims, among others. Neil has a national practice with a particular focus on the Boston market, and on the San Francisco area, where he spent more than six years providing litigation consulting services to Fortune 500 companies as part of a global accounting firm’s intellectual property practice.
