Neil Zoltowski is a Managing Director in the Boston office of StoneTurn Group.  Neil has almost 10 years of experience consulting with clients and counsel regarding intellectual property litigation and valuation matters and complex business disputes.  Neil has assisted companies in numerous litigation projects where he has evaluated and quantified damages for infringement issues related to patent, copyright and trademark claims and trade secret misappropriation matters. He has substantial experience in quantifying and assessing lost profits and reasonable royalty damages and is skilled in the application of the Georgia-Pacific factors and the concept of a hypothetical negotiation.  Additionally, Neil has executed royalty inspection programs on behalf of clients to facilitate the capture of maximum return on licensed intellectual property.  Neil’s experience spans many industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, telecommunications, retail, and computer (hardware, software, and the Internet). Neil received his B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
