Tuan is a Managing Director in StoneTurn’s Houston office.  He has significant experience in complex commercial litigation, forensic accounting, and litigation management matters.  Tuan has advised clients on various issues including discovery and production, damages, and deposition and trial preparation.  Prior to joining StoneTurn, Tuan provided litigation consulting and forensic accounting services at the intellectual property practice for another international consulting firm and the litigation advisory services practice at a Big 4 accounting firm.  

Tuan has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation consulting matters including intellectual property, fraud, financial and economic damages, product liability, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and purchase price disputes, as well as bankruptcy and valuation matters.  He has assisted clients from a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, computer software and hardware, internet, telecommunications, mining, and oil and gas.

Tuan received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology and his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
